Our office fully abides by the requirements of the HIPAA (Health Care Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). We understand the sensitive nature of our practice and respect the privacy of all of our patients. If you have any needs that require special consideration, please contact our office administrator and we will respond to your individual needs.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Dr. Gonzalez offers complimentary consultations. Each patient receives individualized surgical, cosmetic injection, and skin care treatment recommendations. Our surgical/procedural fees are only provided in person after an appropriate evaluation and assessment. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We accept most major credit cards and personal checks. We also offer patient financing through Care Credit.
Payment of non-surgical treatments, such as botox and fillers, are made at the time of service.
A deposit of $500 is required to schedule surgery. Full payment for surgery is required prior to any scheduled procedure. Cosmetic services cannot be billed to any third party insurer.
